DIRECTIONS: • 6 Fresh Corn Tortillas • 1/4 Cup Warm Water • 2 Cups fresh cooked chicken (cut into pieces) • 1/3 Cup Santa Fe Seasons Fire Roasted Green Chile Salsa • 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese Lightly oil (pam is OK) an 8X8 inch pan. Bring water to simmer. Soften tortillas slightly by dipping each side in warm water. Place tortillas on a plate. Add about 1/6 of the cooked chicken pieces to tortilla. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and one teaspoon of salsa. Roll up tortilla. Place rolled tortilla into pan. Repeat for other 5 tortillas. Spread remaining green chile salsa and cheese over the top of the tortillas. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with extra salsa and top with a dollup of sour cream.
