DIRECTIONS: • 1 Cup Uncooked rice • 4 -- Boneless, skinless chicken breast • 1 Can chopped tomatoes (14 1/2 oz.) • 1/3 Cup Texas Wild 4X Hot & Chunky Salsa • 1 Can frijoles negros (black beans) Cook rice following package instructions, until done. Cut Chicken breast into small cubes. Saute chicken in skillet with a little Pam or olive oil until tender and slightly brown. Add cooked rice, tomatoes, frijoles negros, and salsa.
