Many Salsa2U™ recipes are based upon a recipe provided by the salsa manufacturer. However, we frequently modify these recipes in the Salsa2U test kitchen based upon the response of our taste panel.

DIRECTIONS:
• 1 lb Ground chicken or turkey
• 2-3 Tbls CaBoom! Chipotle Salsa
• 4 Tbls CaBoom! Chipotle Salsa
• 10 -- Boxed Taco Shells

Place ground chicken or turkey into skillet. Brown chicken or turkey until done. Stir in CaBoom! Chipotle Salsa. Simmer mixture about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Warm taco shells in oven per box instructions (TIP- Don't overcook shells. We find them plenty crispy after about 4-5 minutes.)

Remove shells when done. Place individual cooked taco shells into TacoProper® taco holders. Use a small teaspoon to spoon chicken or turkey filling into taco shells. Lightly pack in filling as you fill the shell about 1/2 full. Top off filled shells with chilled shredded lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese. Enjoy!
