There is power in "teaming up" on a worthy project. Shooting Star Farms was conceived in early 1998 by three couples who had a love for cooking and "Mexican" tastes. Knowing that the market had many choices in "traditional" salsas, they decided to create some distinctively flavored salsas which could be used in cooking not only Mexican dishes, but other cooking styles, as well.
This is the second salsa from this small batch producer which has been good enough to be featured in Salsa2U™ - America's Monthly Gourmet Salsa Club!

The consistency is chunky, not blended, and this salsa is the perfect partner for dipping with your favorite tortilla chips.
