Mark, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and corporate executive chef at the Coyote Cafe in Sante Fe, New Mexico. He was first introduced to gourmet cooking by his grandmother and his uncle, both of whom were avid cooks.
This is a flavor-packed tomato based salsa made with roated corn, black beans, and chipotle peppers which combine to give it a wonderful, slightly smoky flavor. As with all of our products, no artificial colors or preservatives. |
